Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You may return your order within 30 days without giving a reason. This page explains how.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to a 30-day return window from the day you receive the goods.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, tell us your decision in a clear statement — an email to mail@studio-aurel.com is enough. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you incur no fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Once we have issued the refund, the time until the amount appears in your account depends on your payment provider, typically 3–5 business days.

5. Sending the goods back

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you notify us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact mail@studio-aurel.com. In that case we cover the return shipping and you keep your full statutory rights.

7. Cancelling before dispatch

An order that has not yet been dispatched can be cancelled directly from your account, and the amount is refunded in full.

8. Return address

Please send returns to our returns hub in Germany — do not send parcels to our registered office in China. The hub only receives returns; it does not ship orders. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods; if an item is faulty or not what you ordered, we cover it (see section 6).

After you have sent the parcel, please enter the tracking number on the order page in your account, or email it to mail@studio-aurel.com. We refund within 14 days of the parcel reaching the hub.
