Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

1. Countries we ship to

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium.

2. Taxes and duties are already included

The price you see at checkout includes value added tax and any import duty for your delivery country. Nothing further is payable when the parcel arrives — no surprise charges at the door.

3. Shipping cost

Delivery is included in every price. No shipping cost is added at checkout.

4. Where we ship from, processing and delivery time

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 days after payment is confirmed, and delivery takes 6–12 days from dispatch depending on the destination — 7–14 days from order to delivery. All times are calendar days and estimates, not guaranteed dates. Returns are handled by our returns hub in Germany (see Returns and Right of Withdrawal) — nothing is sent back to China.

5. Tracking

As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier we send you a shipping confirmation. You can follow the parcel from the order detail page in your account.

6. Problems with a delivery

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, write to mail@studio-aurel.com with your order number and we will look into it.
