Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery and intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Please include your order number with the return.

How to return

  • Email [email protected] with your order number to start a return.
  • We'll reply with the return address and simple instructions within one business day.
  • Pack the items securely and send them back using a tracked service. Return shipping is covered by us for faulty or incorrect items; otherwise it is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method — for example, back to your PayPal account or card — within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Original shipping charges are refunded for faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange for a different size or colour is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
