These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the STUDIO AUREL website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
STUDIO AUREL operates this online store and sells clothing and accessories to customers in the European Union and beyond. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Orders
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We accept PayPal and major debit and credit cards. Payment is taken at the time your order is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal & returns
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for how to return an item.
6. Faulty goods
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to STUDIO AUREL and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Where you purchase as a consumer in the EU, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, and disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
