About Studio Aurel
Studio Aurel is an online shoe store for people with big feet: barefoot shoes and everyday styles in big sizes, with a size chart on every product page.
What we do
We select a small range of shoes in big sizes and sell them directly to customers in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, in six languages.
Barefoot shoes are our main series: a wide toe box, a low or zero drop and a thin, flexible sole. Alongside them we carry everyday shoes, boots and sandals in the same sizes. Every product page lists the upper, lining and sole.
How an order works
Orders are prepared in our warehouse in Shenzhen, China within 1–2 days and delivered with tracking in 6–12 days. The price you see is final: VAT, customs duties and delivery are included, and nothing is added at checkout or at your door.
Returns go to our returns hub in Germany, not back to China. You have 30 days from delivery; the return postage is yours, the refund follows within 14 days of the parcel reaching the hub.

- All-inclusive prices in euros, on the same basis in all nine countries.
- A 30-day return window with a returns address in Germany, and customer service by email, WhatsApp and chat in your language.
- Honest product data — we only state what we can verify.
