Where we ship

We deliver to 9 European countries: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT and applicable duties. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise charges on delivery.

Delivery and tracking

Orders are dispatched with tracked international shipping. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships, and you can follow the delivery status in your account.

14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The full procedure is described in our Returns & Withdrawal policy, linked in the footer.
