Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You may return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This page explains how.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day the last item is received.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, tell us your decision in a clear statement — an email to [email protected] is enough. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you incur no fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

5. Sending the goods back

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact [email protected]. In that case we cover the return shipping and you keep your full statutory rights.

7. Cancelling before dispatch

An order that has not yet been dispatched can be cancelled directly from your account, and the amount is refunded in full.
