These terms govern every purchase made through this online shop. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts concluded between us and a consumer through this shop. We sell to consumers in the European countries listed on our shipping page.

3. How a contract is formed

Placing items in your basket and completing checkout is a binding offer to buy. We then send you an order confirmation by email. The contract comes into effect when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euro and include value added tax and any applicable import duty for the destination country. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm the order. Nothing further is payable on delivery.

5. Payment

Payment is made through PayPal at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel an order that is not paid within the time window shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

We ship to the countries listed on our shipping page. Delivery times shown are estimates and begin once payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you without delay and refund any amount already paid.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Full details and the model withdrawal form are on our returns page.

9. Statutory warranty

The statutory rules on liability for defects apply. If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact us at [email protected] and we will put it right.

10. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

11. Applicable law

The law of the country in which our registered office is located applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside.
