1. Countries we ship to

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium.

2. Taxes and duties are already included

The price you see at checkout includes value added tax and any import duty for your delivery country. Nothing further is payable when the parcel arrives — no surprise charges at the door.

3. Shipping cost

The shipping cost for your destination is calculated and displayed before you confirm the order.

4. Processing and delivery time

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Times given are estimates and not guaranteed dates.

5. Tracking

As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier we send you a shipping confirmation. You can follow the parcel from the order detail page in your account.

6. Problems with a delivery

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will look into it.
